Super Ellipse Trays are crafted with a curved profile to ensure an easy grip making it perfect for serving appetizers, dessert bites, cheeses and charcuterie at the table.
Crafted in small series from locally sourced raw yellow birch and oak wood. Available in plain or textured versions, each series is produced based on the width of the raw wood available, thus minimizing waste.
Each plate has its own super-ellipse shape. Super ellipses have the interesting geometric property to approximate both circles and squares, recently known as squircles.
